Positive: Beautiful views and a lovely, spacious, comfortable home. The hosts provide a number of amenities and make the check in/check out process easy. It was conveniently located to Yosemite and to the town of Oakhurst.
Negative: The home is great, but, boy, is it a trek to the top of that hill on very winding roads. Still, that's the cost of such a quiet space with beautiful views.
