In exclusive, gated Sawgrass Country Club, this condo is ideal for relaxing, beaching, sightseeing and playing golf. We are on Quail Pointe Lane--THE CLOSEST STREET TO THE BEACH IN ALL OF SAWGRASS COUNTRY CLUB. A short 5-minute stroll along the Guana River State Park brings you to the wide expanse of one of Florida's most beautiful beaches. Or, you can listen to the surf from the condo!
This is the ONLY Quail Pointe Lane condo with a direct, unobstructed golf view. We look directly out to the second hole of the Sawgrass East Course. It's delightful to watch the birds, the sky, and of course, the golfers! This is a GREAT beach and golf view combination.
The living room has cathedral ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, golf views and a 42 inch hi definition flat screen TV. The Florida/Sunroom is YEAR ROUND, with both heating and air-conditioning. There are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed with lush bedding and a flat-screen TV. The Second Bedroom has Twin Beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, linens, beach chairs and beach umbrellas. This is a ONE-STORY condo. No stairs to climb and no noisy neighbors upstairs!
We are on the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. We're 7 miles from The Mayo Clinic, around 30 minutes from St. Augustine or Downtown Jacksonville and 5 minutes from the luxurious Ponte Vedra Inn & Spa.
Guests have access to a Quail Pointe community pool. Our rental management company will handle all the details to ensure your stay is fabulous.
