Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Interesting and clean place for a short stay. The apartment and terrace look as beautiful as in the pictures and are thoughtfully decorated. I slept well on the low loft bed. Street noise is limited as you're on the 4th floor. Watching the video instructions is a must to understand how to get in, as finding the door isn't easy. I stayed literally just for the night as I was in a rush, so I didn't use the kitchen for example and there isn't much else I can add.
Negative: As you can see it's right under the roof so there's limited place for standing. A few things may need to get fixed: a window, some switches and sockets, a fan for the shower to let humidity out as there were some mosquitoes despite the season (December). There's a lift but at the top there are 15-20 extra steps to climb necessarily, which may not be convenient for someone. There are 4-5 steps within the apartment too.
