Positive: Location was spectacular with a beautiful view of Hamilton. Plus, it was very close to the Belmont ferry and bus routes on Middle Rd.

Negative: Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect !!

Summary: Breakfast was a joy since we shared information & experiences with the other guests.
