Positive: The location was excellent. The house was absolutely beautiful. The space for our size was great.
Negative: The check-in time was bad. Also, the checkout was bad . Personally, I would reverse the time. The charge for cleaning is extremely excessive. There were lots of places on all patios that we were not able to use due to the pollen and spider cob webs. No toilet paper and detergent were needed to start the laundry as per the owners request. On multiple occasions, I tried reaching out to get an extension on my leave time, and I was able to deal with someone from the office briefly, but no one returned my phone call. Therefore, upon checking out housekeeping, was on the premises at exactly 9:15am. Upon packing the vehicles, they were already outside and waiting for us to leave. I was feeling very rushed. I also believe the fee for their service it way to much. If there were mops and brooms on the premises, there would be nothing for housekeeping to clean except to vacuum and remake beds.
