Summary: Pros - - Large property and good parking spaces, well-maintained- Nicely updated kitchen area - Lots of items available: toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, detergent, cleaning products, spices, pantry items. - Clean- Good water pressure - 2 working kayaks- Large washer and dryer- Quiet neighborhood - Walkable to No Name Pub, Old Wooden Bridge Marina, and No Name Key- 2 miles from grocery store- Good storage in bedrooms for clothing- Owner was flexible with arrival time and a shift in rental daysCons - - No table large enough to fit our party of 7 (outdoor table in the photo was missing), we had to split our party with 3 at island and 4 at glass table in kitchen, no solution provided- Bathroom doors are barn door slides with large gaps, lack of privacy- No instructions for the home (i.e. garbage day, dos & don’ts, what to do with sheets & towels upon leaving, local places to try, market days, etc.)- No king beds as advertised, upstairs are 3 full-sized beds- Minimal kitchen supplies: no pot holders, only 2 kitchen towels, ice maker not functioning, only 4 mugs, no serving bowls, flatware and dish ware very limited just 1 per person…necessitated running dishwasher more often.- Outdoor fridge not functioning- Missing top sheet for a bed, no solution provided- 2 out of 4 kayaks were unusable due to broken paddles- White carpet on stairs
