This bright & open pool home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with 6 beds and sleeps 8.
Enjoy your coffee to the sounds of the morning doves on the lanai that looks out to the Banana River while the kids get an early start on swimming in our beautiful lap pool. This is a favorite spot for guests to dine outside and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather year-round. Patio furniture, pool toys and towels are all available for your convenience and enjoyment. Private pool is heated seasonally from Nov through March- special requests will be considered.
The large Master bedroom features a Queen size bed, TV, bonus area with a desk, guest computer and an additional single bed. The Master bathroom has plenty of space with dual sinks and an over-sized bathtub. (note: while the jets do not work- the tub DOES work and can be used without this feature. Add some bubble bath and enjoy your soak!)
Guest Room #1 has a Day Bed with two single mattresses that can be combined into one large bed. Includes a TV, dresser and closet.
Guest Room #2 features a Double sized Murphy Bed, allowing for plenty of floor space when not being used. This is a great room for kids to have fun playing the Wii (provided) or the many games and toys we have on hand for them. This room also has a TV and dresser for storage.
Sleeper Sofa: The couch converts into a comfy Double sized bed. Great for additional bedding or a fun movie night in front of the large flat screen TV.
The recently remodeled second bathroom features a ground level, walk in shower with adjustable shower head making it suitable for every one.
We've got everything you need:
The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee pot, dishes, pots/pans, utensils, spices etc. In the garage you'll find 5 bikes (3 adult, 2 children), beach toys, all the fishing supplies you'll need as well as a washing machine and dryer, free of charge, for your use.

Please Note: This property is ideal for small families and couples with no more than 3 cars. It is not ideal for large groups, spring breakers or those who plan to party. This quiet neighborhood has a strict noise and occupancy ordinance and both will be enforced by the owner who lives nearby and monitored by the posted cameras. We love hosting but cannot allow our hospitality to be taken advantage of. Thank you for understanding and respecting our family home.
