Positive: Windygates, once an impressive detached Edwardian residence, is in a stunning location with fabulous views of the beach and sea from both the lounge and the main bedroom. There is also a shared garden on the beachfront. The apartment is large with parking for one car with the rental fee affordable. The entrance to the property is at the rear, with an out house just to the side. Entry is straight into the kitchen, which is small and practical. There is a small bathroom to the left. The dining area is substantial, there is a hallway leading through to a small bedroom and the afore mentioned main bedroom and lounge area.

Negative: The property is in need of some work, having said this we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciate the rental fee reflects the condition of the property. A new freezer and bin are required as they are in poor condition as are the towels.
