LARGER FLAT SCREEN TV IN LIVING ROOM! Located on the quiet west end of Pensacola Beach, our complex is located on a private sandy beach on the intra-coastal waterway, referred to by locals as 'The sound'. Fishing and beautiful sunsets from our very own private dock. FORT PICKENS ENTRANCE IS ONLY .2 MILES TO THE WEST. Access to the GULF OF MEXICO is a 5 minute walk across the street in either direction with a wooden boardwalk walkover. The water at our beach is perfect for children, boating, fishing and relaxing. Sunsets are gorgeous!
Inside you will find everything you need with tasteful decorating. There is also a full size washer/dryer. FREE WIFI INCLUDED!!! All three TVs have streaming capability.
BAR HEIGHT patio furniture makes relaxing outside even more enjoyable!
Beach wagon, chairs and umbrella included.
We are located on the FIRST FLOOR over covered parking on the corner which makes this unit very private. ONLY ONE FLIGHT OF STAIRS, and your car stays cool! No elevator in buildings A,B,C, D, E and F
Top floor units have no covered parking.
MUST BE 25 TO RENT, COPY OF VALID DRIVERS LICENSE UPON REQUEST.
Minimum stay required varies throughout the year.
