Summary: This property is comfortable and well maintained. The interior is bright and airy. Lots of windows allow the sun to shine in. The yard receives regular/weekly attention from professionals and always looks great. All mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, etc.) work well. While located on a somewhat busy street, the house is VERY quiet at all times indoors. The most important attribute of the property is its LOCATION! 5-10 minutes walking time is all that's required to get from the house to the beautiful beach on the ocean! Going in another direction, it's a 5-10 minute walk to the "Town Center" where a wide variety of shops and great restaurants can be found. Other opportunities and services are available in the larger City of Jacksonville, which is close by and accessible by car. The City of Atlantic Beach is a wonderful place to visit. Our stay in this particular house was very enjoyable. We highly recommend this property!
