The home has just been completely remodeled. However, painting the outside is the next step so please excuse the outside appearance for now. Upon entering the front door to the living room with a couch and two sitting chairs, 42" TV with over 120 cable channels and 100 Mbs WIFI. Next is the large dinning room with six chairs (extra leaf in closet). New spacious bathroom with tub and shower hose. Three nicely appointed bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The laundry room is just outside the back door which opens to the patio. Enjoy the large fenced in back yard with lush green grass next to the grape fruit tree.
