Positive: The accommodation is as in the pictures. Affordable price for solid accommodation. Modernly equipped. Possibility to pay extra for breakfast. Friendly host. Metro station is nearby. Close to the accommodation is the bakery with excellent pizzas. Nice shared courtyard, there are squirrels too.
Negative: The bathroom is shared, but if the other guests are tidy, it's not a big problem. The accommodation is far from the city center, but you can get there quickly by metro.
