The formal dining room table off the kitchen and living area seats 10 comfortably and allows for serving a big dinner with your family and friends. Flat screen TV surrounded by two comfortable couches makes relaxing easy after a day on the beach. There is an additional sitting area with a queen sleeper sofa with access to a half bath.
