Positive: The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The staff are also very friendly. After all, you are in Italy.
Negative: There is no lift so you need to carry your luggage. Also, the location is in the hill of manarola. If you choose this accommodation you should not have a large suitcase with you.
Summary: Great place, not the best location
