Positive: Spacious apartment, central location, staff couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful - especially appreciated the availability of a toilet and shower after check out so we could freshen up following a day in the mountains.
Negative: Check in was confusing. It wasn't clear that we should go to a reception desk in a building 50m away from the address we had for the apartment. Once they'd called us to see where we were and given us the directions then it was all ok, but the Booking.com instructions need to tell you this.
