Positive: The property is great, the apartment is well equipped and clean. There is amazing view from the terrace, you can see both the Civetta Mountain and the village and lake underneath.
Negative: The communication with the host is very complicated and inefficient, there are 3 whatsapp phones which you may contact, but they work at a very limited time so most of the time you receive an automated message and need to contact them again. Also, we were urged to do the online check-in to get the access to the property and after filling in the online check-in, we were told to do the check-in in person anyway in an office in the nearby village. Such unfortunate communication brought quite some frustration to otherwise very pleasant stay, which is a pitty.
