Positive: A really cozy and sweet apartment located at the back of the owner’s yard. The apartment is clean, has everything needed for a comfortable stay, and looks much better than in the pictures. Everything was in order, clean, and private. Additionally, we had a dining and rest area outside (in addition to the one inside the apartment) with a parasol and table, surrounded by potted plants that we were allowed to use (basil, oregano, etc.). There were also small turtles near the dining area, which was very lovely. The atmosphere was warm and felt like home. The owner was very helpful and nice. The location is convenient, with everything we needed nearby—a restaurant with traditional food, a supermarket, a wonderful beach, and it’s close to the rail station, just 10 minutes by train to the center of Anzio. The air conditioner and the small capsule coffee machine (with capsules, cream, milk, sugar, and pastries included) were lifesavers in the hot climate. We were really pleased with our stay there.
