Positive: A beautiful, spacious property very well located in a secluded but connected suburb or Rome, just a three minute walk for the Metro. Amply fitted with kitchen, dining and living room space, air conditioning and smart TVs in every room. In close proximity to a cycle path and with rustic views over a pretty farmyard and accompanying dawn chorus.
Negative: Completely beyond the control of the very helpful host, but the noise from surrounding flats and in the shared corridors is worth bearing in mind!
Summary: Well situated, residential and a stone’s throw from the City proper
