The entire residence has been Completely Quality Remodeled inside and out; with Hardiplank Siding, Ipe Decking, Synboard Trim, Brick Accents outside, and Hardwood Floors, Tile, Beamed Ceilings, Trimmed Details inside. Numerous Seating Areas arranged in the Open Floor Plan lend the Perfect Combination of “Room for a Crowd” and “Private Getaway”. A Master Bedroom Study compliment this open living. Fun Cozy Kitchen with Upgrade Appliances, Entertainment Bar, Tower Guest Bedroom Suite, Three Zone HVAC, and Loads of Storage are additional extras. Breathtaking Ocean Views from all angles, and a Right on the Beach location will make this Lovely Home Hard to Resist!

Summary: The location was great but the condition of the home was not to our liking. The photos made it seem the home was more updated than it actually was. The kitchen cabinets were troublesome with some of the fronts of the drawers coming off. The oven would overheat and an alarm would sound that only went off when we turned it on and off using the breaker box. The comforters on the beds had stains on them. The carpet upstairs was stained very badly. The outdoor shower didn't work at all, even though there was a photo on the listing. For the price we paid, we felt that the property didn't warrant the price. It was not a good value. We called the property management company about the outdoor shower and the oven and it took them two days to send someone out. The oven couldn't be fixed as it was so old. And then we were informed that the outdoor shower couldnt be fixed. Overall the only good thing was being ocean front.
