Positive: We traveled for a few days in Italy and decided to stay in Bologna. The apartment was lovely, well-furnished, clean, and equipped with all the necessary facilities and amenities.
Negative: In the apartment, there were no slippers, which surprised us, as it seemed unusual for such a comfortable place to lack something so basic. Additionally, when we made the reservation, the apartment listing clearly showed the city tax amount, which could only be paid in cash. However, the staff didn’t remind us about this, and we were charged more city tax than what was stated on Booking, being told that “Booking is wrong.” 🤦🏻‍♀️ This left us with a rather unpleasant impression of our experience in Bologna.
