The waterfront balcony is adjoined only on one side for more privacy, in this 4th floor condo. The kitchen with an abundance of counter space, has all the essentials for serving any meal. This condo is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit with 1 king, 1 queen and 1 twin bed and a sleeper sofa to sleep up to 7 people.
