Location, location! Venetian Shores is the premier luxury private community with deep water access to Snake creek, which connects with direct access to the ocean & the bay. We are 2 cannels to the bay so you wont hear the noise from the snake creek bridge. You will love the tropical view from our back yard while you relax in the pool. Enjoy a game of ping pong, corn hole or take a bike ride through the beautiful neighborhood. We have 100 ft. dock & you can put up to a 55ft. boat, lift not included. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with 2 bathrooms. formal dinning table that seats 10 .The living room also has a sleeper sofa. Downstairs is a separate living space complete with a full kitchen, one bedroom, bathroom, living room and washer & dryer. Our home is fully equipped to make your stay feel like your not just a guest, "you'll feel like family"

Summary: We loved our stay. House was very clean, plenty of cooking supplies, and perfect for our family (2 parents and 2 adult children). House is on two levels with the staircase on the outside, as is common with many houses in this area. It may not be perfect for families with young children, but great for older children or adults. It gave us plenty of room to spread out and plenty of privacy. We loved the layout. And we loved the location. Quiet street in a lovely community on a canal. Near recreation, groceries, restaurants and pickleball! Great hosts. We hope to return to this spot soon.
