Positive: The 2 things good about the place are 1- the owner who tries to help though she is not there day time as she has another job and 2- the new clean room. The reason I chose it was that it was only 10 minutes to the location where I had to go in the morning
Negative: It did not go well because of 4 bad things I discovered after I paid for the room: 1- I was asked 10 euros extra if I had to arrive after 11 pm. My train was late however the taxi driver was kind enough to bring me 10 minutes before. Never had such requests in my long history of traveling. 2- Location is good who want a calm quiet place, however far from services. 3- I couldn't find a taxi or transport from no matter how many temptations I tried with her neighbor. 4- The Internet was very weak I couldn't do a video call with my colleagues in the morning. 5- To speak on the phone one has to go outside on the road not even in front of the room, very bad reception. 6- On top of that I discovered that the place does not have a Partita IVA, so she could not give me a receipt, nor could booking.com was able to give a fiscal receipt, which I normally receive from booking.com It took 3 days to understand it was not possible. I strongly do not recommend it for business travelers, but it can be a value-for-money location for couples who travel by car. However, be careful no breakfast there, or no nearby shops or bars or restaurants.
