Summary: Instead of the bright and comfortable room advertised, I was placed in an underground room with a strong musty smell. When I raised this issue with the hotel, I was told that rooms booked through Hotels.com are always assigned to the underground level, which is extremely disappointing and was never stated in the listing. To get a room like the one shown in the photos, I had to pay an additional €30 per night. I feel misled by the listing on Hotels. At this property I appreciated the breakfast and the pool area.
