Summary: The pictures on the website make this place look really great, but they are deceiving. The nice furnishings and bedding in the pictures are just not there. The yard looks atrocious. It is clear that nothing is being done to maintain it. A new cleaning lady is definitely in order. I think she makes it smell good in there but doesn't actually clean anything. Additionally, this property has way too many things that are falling apart, broken, don't function, or damaged. The lack of communication with the owner when we wanted to check in was unacceptable. We were lucky to gain access because the cleaning lady was still there when we arrived at 3pm. We had still not heard from the owner with the key code. When we got into the property, the thermostat was at 84 and the heat was on. It took 24 hours for that place to cool down. There were 3 adults in our party, and we were supplied with 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels. The king bed had a fitted sheet, but no flat/top sheet. I am pretty certain the sheets on the queen bed were not clean. BEWARE! P.S. There is not an icemaker.
