Positive: Beautiful view of the lake. Large towels and extra towels for the pool.
Negative: 1) Very poor internet, only works near the entrance door and in the living room. 2) No air conditioning. 3) The cheapest pillows, lumpy and uncomfortable; spring mattress also uncomfortable. 4) Cobwebs in the corners. 5) No washing machine. 6) Extremely unpleasant and unfriendly service: we reported a damaged frying pan right away and offered to pay, but instead received a humiliating “inspection” with aggression and unfounded complaints. 7) On the day of check-out, they were waiting outside our door already at 9:50, constantly pointing to the clock, and reacted aggressively even though we were only 10 minutes late. 8) Complaints about petty things, such as not wiping the kitchen counter in a rush. To leave the apartment in a condition acceptable to the managers, you are expected to buy your own cleaning cloths, detergents, trash bags, paper, and dishwasher tablets — the only things provided were a floor brush and a dustpan.
Summary: For its price the level of comfort and service is absolutely unacceptable.
