Enjoy an open floor plan that’s perfect for being “together” without being crowded, and an updated and fully equipped kitchen.
The Silver Shells Property has a beautifully manicured tropical landscape, an extra large lagoon style pool and easy beach access. Plus, it is located within walking distance of some delicious restaurants, one being the famous Back Porch featuring fresh seafood right on the beach. We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Summary: This is a great condo! Comfortable beds, plenty of dishes/cooking utensils, and a great family friendly resort. With a big kid and a toddler the layout of the pool, kiddie pool, and playground was wonderful. Exactly what we wanted for a vacation spot!
