Positive: The breathtaking view of lago maggiore 😍 Great outside spaces. Well equipped and spacious. Everything was as expected from the description. Good WiFi. We stayed during ferragosta week and were able to view the firework displays in Verbania and Laveno from the balcony as well as enjoying sunrise and sunsets daily! The agent was easy to contact and very helpful.
Negative: Some things are a little dated and there is no air con. However I think this is reflected in the price as it was very good value. There are nets over the bedroom windows so we were able to keep these open to create some airflow from front to back and it was comfortable to sleep with fans on. Some more information on the waste disposal would be helpful and it would be useful if the property had a card to use the recycling centre near by for waste left over!
