Positive: If you are looking for a very special experience this is the place to be. We stayed for 9 nights, it was a great base from which to explore Umbria. The villa (3 apartments) and the garden, rather a small park, are extraordinarily beautiful with an authentic historic feel. The flowers spread wonderful scents and you can wander around, or find a place to relax in the sun or in the shade. The big Lebanese ceder is impressive. It all feels very private and the owners Elisabetta and Gianni, who live in a house next door, are the nicest and most gentle hosts you could wish for. The centre of Perugia is just a short walk away, the San Pietro church ( tower visible from the garden), restaurants and small supermarket are even closer.

Negative: Nothing! It was hard to leave this amazing place.

Summary: You will not want to leave this historic gem!
